COTTONS exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to the address mentioned on the order.
Orders within Mauritius and Rodrigues will be delivered by registered post. Orders to other countries will be delivered by the service provider mentioned on the order sheet at the time of payment.
COTTONS endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver to a Mauritius address within 2 to 4 days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Orders to Rodrigues and other countries shall be delivered within 10 days. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
COTTONS will deliver the order at the address indicated on the order. COTTONS considers that the order has been delivered if a notice from the post office has been issued to the receiver for collection. COTTONS is not responsible if the parcel has been collected by a third party and not remitted to the recipient.

In case Cottons does not deliver the order in the maximum of delay of 30 days, the order can be cancelled by the client in writing and will be reimbursed in full.
FULL OR PARTIAL RETURN OF ORDER
Orders placed cannot be cancelled and reimbursed.
You may return your order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items.
Items can be returned:
- to any Cottons shop along with a copy of your invoice/order confirmation e-mail within 14 days as from date of purchase.
- by post/courier to our head office at your own cost to the following address:

Items returned to the shops can be exchanged on the spot for other items or for a voucher for the amount of the returned items provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
You can use your voucher for future purchases in the store. The voucher will be valid for 6 months.
The delivery charges if any will not be refunded.
If the item that has been received is defective, please notify us via email@example.com and return the item to any Cottons shop. Please provide proof of purchase, copy of invoice or order confirmation. We will examine the item and if we deem it to be defective, we will provide a full refund including delivery charges.
